Mixed news! The singing Woodlark seems to have moved on. No surprise!

The female Egyptian Goose is still sitting at the top of the tree in an exposed nest.  The male stands guard despite attacks from Crows. As they have been known to attack drones, the crows have found it hard going and have yet to drive them out. The incubation is supposed to be 30 days. Maybe they’re over half where there, but with crows about, I’m not too optimistic. Fingers crossed! I am hopeful that the goslings will be ready for the drop. (WG)
