Subject expert Keith Betton will be joining us on
Friday 7th February, 7.30 at the Henfield Hall
to talk about Stone-curlews which used to breed widely on the South Downs, including in Sussex, but numbers declined dramatically in the early part of the 20th century until they were all but extinct. Keith is involved in the protection and conservation of the species, and will tell us what is involved and how they are now doing.
£3 entry (Henfield Birdwatch members free)
