I got a really good early start this morning and I walked along the Millstream and heard the Nightingale very nicely, although he was definitely out sung by the Blackcap and the Cetti’s Warbler. I got Linnets as well, plus a good display from the Lapwings. There were quite a few geese about, both Canadian and Greylag plus apparently some swans that I could see in the distance. The Skylarks were incredibly loud, plus the usual tits, wrens, robins, thrushes & Blackbirds.
