Easy walking but can be windy! Coastal reserve with lagoons, beach, mud. Home to specialist plants as well as gulls, terns, waders. We usually time our walk to see Avocets with young and have our picnic near a very noisy Black Headed Gull nesting colony which sometimes includes Mediterranean Gull. In spring we see Common and Sandwich Terns and are often kept company by Stonechats and Meadow Pipits.
